Booking - Conditions - Prices

  • Book daily or weekly.
  • Check-in at 15.00 at the earliest - check-out at 11.00 at the latest, if no other agreement has been made.
  • Dogs can come along.
  • The prepayment is 20% of the rental amount, at least SEK 500 who is paid after booking confirmation (which is deducted when you leave if everything is in order)
  • Paid to a bank account or via swish.
  • The remaining amount must be paid in cash or via swish on arrival. Cancellation earlier than 3 weeks before arrival. Everything except SEK 500 is refunded.
  • Rental agreement are signed upon arrival.

This is included in the rent:

  • Water
  • Wi-Fi
  • Access to boat
  • Access to windprotection by the nearest lake

This can be rented / ordered to:

  • Linen rental. Lakarn, påslakarn, pillowcase Price; SEK 80 / person
  • Rental of towels, a large & a small Price; SEK 80 / person
  • Final cleaning SEK 700
  • Sauna SEK 300 for one occasion
  • Boat engine SEK 100 for a day, or SEK 500 for a week.
  • You have access to a boat who is free. (fishing license required for fishing) 
  • Bring your own fishing equipment. Life jackets may be available.
  • You have access to wind protection with barbecue facilities by the lake

When booking I need to know:

  • Between which days you want to book.
  • Name, address, telephone number and e-mail address of the person responsible for the lease.
  • How many people book.
  • If you want to rent bedding.
  • If you want to buy for the final cleaning.
  • If you are in need of a travel cot and / or high chair.

When confirming that the cottage is bookable, when you intend, email or text over the information, and pay the prepayment 20% of the rental amount, at least SEK 500, see above. Rental agreement signed on arrival.

Rental Conditions

  • The cottage is rented to the tenant during the specified period at the specified price.
  • Water and wifi are included in the rent. (Own well with usable water)
  • Use the boat is entirely your own responsibility.
  • The house is rented out only to the number of people stated in the lease. The tenant may not lease the tenancy to anyone else.
  • The tenant must be careful and take good care of the home. In the event of any damage, he is responsible for the damage and must immediately contact the owner or the landlord regardless of the size of the damage.
  • The tenant can gently snuggle in the stove. 
  • The owner or landlord is responsible for insuring the home.
  • The owner or landlord is not responsible for lost, stolen or forgotten items.
  • The owner reserves the right to enter the house with an extra key.
  • Own electronic equipment such as electrical elements, fans, refrigerators, freezers, etc. may not be used. 
  • No Smoking inside the home.
  • In case of problems with electricity, water or sewage - contact the owner.
  • Do not leave the home with a washing machine on
  • WASTE SORTING / COMPOST IN A PLACE DESIGNATED BY THE RENTAL VALUES!
  • No entry into other buildings, which are private - thank you for respecting that!

Your contact information is only used by me and is not passed on to anyone else. They are used for my booking list and on the rental agreement. Information in the booking list and email is deleted when the guest leaves, I still have the rental contract.

Rented out to a maximum of 4 people. Dog/cat can come along.

Low season: SEK 680 per day minimum of two days ( one night SEK 900)                           

SEK 4 300 SEK / week 

High season: SEK 900 per day minumum of two days (one day SEK 1200)                           

SEK 5 800/week

The cottage on the hill (The red one)

In this cottage is the bed in order and towels are included.

Rent a day, weekend or week. 
Lowseason: SEK 870 a day minimum of two days (one day SEK 900) SEK 5 600 a week.

High season: From midsummer until 25 August, SEK 1150 per day minimum of two days (one day SEK 1400) SEK 7 400 a week.
